2:00 Port of Melbourne Port Tour

Port of Melbourne Corporation will host a boat tour for AusIntermodal delegates to gain a greater insight into the operations of Australia's premier container and general cargo port. The 90 minute guided tour provides a unique opportunity for delegates to visit the Swanson Dock container terminal, the Webb Dock motor vehicle terminal and liquid bulk facilities en route. Delegates will also learn about key aspects of the Channel Deepening Project currently under way including the protection of services in the Yarra River.


Coach transport to the departure point will be provided and participants will be taken back to the hotel by 4:30.
